Adjuster nut O-ring for precision damping

This O-ring is intended for L.F Pro Shock damper assemblies where it sits under the adjuster nut to protect the seal and keep the adjuster in the correct position. It is a precision-scale RC part and not for full-size vehicle use.

By securing the adjuster nut and improving the seal interface, the O-ring reduces oil leakage and contamination, which helps maintain repeatable tuning when adjusting preload and damping settings.

Fitting is simple: unscrew the adjuster nut, slide the O-ring into the appropriate seat on the adjuster shaft or shock cap depending on your design, then refit the nut paying attention not to pinch the ring. Replace the O-ring if it shows damage or causes persistent seepage.

Helpful hints: lubricate lightly with a shock-compatible silicone grease to prevent swelling and ease installation, avoid excess torque on the adjuster nut to protect the ring, and inspect the seal after initial runs to confirm proper fit.
