Lightweight aluminium screws for XRAY T4-2014

This Arrowmax AM-141006 aluminium screw set is an aftermarket fastener kit tailored to the XRAY T4-2014 touring car, finished in anodized orange. It compiles common M3 lengths in both countersunk and round head forms so you can change out hardware during tuning or maintenance.

The set supports setup and service tasks rather than major performance changes: aluminium fasteners reduce rotating and unsprung mass at the component level, and having a sorted selection of lengths and head types speeds adjustments to body mounts, shock towers and linkage points.

Use an M3 hex driver and moderate torque when fitting aluminium screws to protect threads; keep steel fasteners in high-load areas like motor mounts or bulkheads.

Any effect is subtle; aluminium reduces mass at individual fastener points which can slightly reduce rotating or unsprung mass, but it will not dramatically change handling on its own.
Non-structural locations such as body mounts and some suspension link points typically gain the most from lighter fasteners while preserving overall reliability.
Avoid using aluminium where clamping load and shear strength are critical; keep steel for motor mounts and other high-stress connections.
Label and organise screws by length and head type during setup work, and fit them with the correct driver and moderate torque to ensure consistent rebuilds.
