This rear axle housing set is a CNC-machined 7075-T6 alloy replacement made for LOSI LMT solid-axle monster trucks. The integrated axle body and quick-release geometry are designed to simplify removal and servicing without altering axle mounting positions. Units are shipped with bearings and selected hardware pre-installed to reduce build time.
Designed for serviceability and long-term strength rather than changing suspension rake. The housing uses oversized bearing seats that take the supplied 6x15x5mm and 6x16x5mm bearings, and the kit is intended to replace LOS-1805 and LOS-1808 rear axle parts. As the hardware is partially assembled, apply a medium-strength screw glue on threaded fasteners during final assembly to counter vibration.
Quick-release access makes routine maintenance and tuning quicker at the pit or field, easing bearing swaps and spur/pinion inspections. The alloy construction offers a stiffer mount point versus stock plastic housings while remaining suitable for 1/8 and compatible 1/10 solid-axle LOSI platforms.
