Heavy duty front hub hex for PROMOTO-MX

This aluminium front wheel hub hex is a purpose-made aftermarket upgrade for LOSI PROMOTO-MX 1/4-scale motorcycles. Crafted from 7075-T6 material, the hub improves fixation at the wheel stud and provides bigger bearing housing for steadier, more consistent rotation.

Replace a tired plastic hex with this MX006 unit to reduce flex at the mount and maintain alignment during demanding runs. The kit includes a bearing positioning column and two 5x14x5 bearings so you can fit and service the hub with minimal extra parts.

Does the aluminium hub need threadlocker?

Use a light threadlocker where recommended by your motorcycle's assembly guide on threaded fasteners; the hub body itself benefits from secure clamping but avoid excess that could foul bearing fit.

Is any machining required before fitment?

No machining is necessary for the listed PROMOTO-MX models; MX006 is made to fit the factory mounting points and bearing seats as supplied.
