6061 T6 machined rear lower trailing arms for LOSI

These replacement rear lower trailing arms are built for the LOSI SUPER BAJA REY 1/6 4WD chassis to strengthen rear support and control damper geometry. Arms are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium with hollowed sections to cut unnecessary mass while retaining stiffness. Stainless steel ball ends and dedicated stainless fasteners secure connections and lower corrosion risk during typical model running.

The package is a 24 piece set that combines the trailing arms with the fasteners and spacers needed to fit and tune the rear end. Multiple holes across each arm allow step changes to damper tilt and roll-bar link positions so you can adjust rear roll response and shock leverage without swapping shock bodies.

  • Included items in set: rear lower trailing arms (2 pcs), stainless steel round head screws 4x32.5 (4 pcs), 4x25 (2 pcs), 4x22.5 (2 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x4.2 (4 pcs), white POM collars 4x15.5x6.6 (2 pcs), stainless steel lock nuts 4mm (8 pcs).
  • Material highlights: aluminum 6061 T6 main arms, stainless steel ball ends and fasteners, white POM collars for spacing and tilt tuning.
  • Design notes: hollow machining trims weight while holding rigidity, and a screw-lock system secures the stainless balls at each end for dependable retention.

Damper tilt setup using supplied POM collars:

  • Stock tilt: place one 6.1mm collar outward on the damper ball end.
  • About 5 degree outward tilt: use two 4.2mm collars, one each side of the ball end so the damper leans outward.
  • About 10 degree outward tilt: place one 6.1mm collar inward on the damper ball end to increase outward lean.

The 24 piece aluminium rear lower trailing arm set is aimed at SUPER BAJA REY 1/6 4WD drivers who want firmer rear mounting and straightforward damper angle adjustment without modifying shock units.

The kit includes three lengths of stainless round head screws (4x32.5, 4x25, 4x22.5), stainless lock nuts and POM collars, matching the counts listed in the included items.
Aluminium arms increase structural stiffness at the rear mounting, which can sharpen rear response and make damper setup more consistent under load.
Standard hobby tools are sufficient: hex drivers for the screws and basic pliers for handling collars; follow normal torque practice for aluminium parts.
The collar positions give repeatable tilt steps as described; they allow useful incremental changes without the need to alter the shock body.
