Mid chassis mount for 1/14 Tamiya truck models

This aluminium middle chassis mount is a scale replacement part intended for 1/14 Tamiya tractor trucks. It fits the central chassis area to provide a stronger mounting point where the original plastic or thinner metal bracket may permit unwanted flex. The component is aimed at hobby builders using King Hauler, Globe Liner and Ford Aeromax scale models and includes the supplied mounting screws.

Fitting the mount is direct for those familiar with 1/14 tractor truck layouts: the piece replaces the stock middle bracket and secures to the existing chassis holes with the supplied screws. When installing, make sure chassis rails and drivetrain parts are aligned before final tightening; tighten gradually and check that moving parts retain clearance.

As a tuning upgrade, this alloy mount reduces local chassis flex and helps maintain drivetrain geometry under load, which can aid handling for scale hauling and display running. Use this part only on 1/14 scale models and not for any full-size application.
