The 3RAC-N20/BL/V2 set contains black 2mm aluminium lock nuts sized for Kyosho Mini-Z wheel fittings. They match the 2mm thread standard on Mini-Z MR-015, Mini-Z AWD, MR-01 and MR-02 (MM) platforms where small lock nuts are used.
