This adjust nut is made for MUGEN MRX-5 shock assemblies and compatible spare parts that use a threaded spring preload collar. The 7075 HARD label shows it is a higher-strength aluminium option intended as a robust replacement for the factory adjuster.

Fitment uses common shock maintenance steps: remove the spring retainer or shock cap, swap the adjust nut in place of the OEM part, and verify smooth thread engagement during reassembly.
