Arrowmax AM-MRX5-H0767 is supplied as a super hard clutch spring crafted from spring steel and intended as an aftermarket replacement compatible with Mugen MRX-5 clutch assemblies where a higher rate is wanted.

Installation is the usual clutch changeover procedure: remove the clutch bell and shoes if needed, swap in this spring, and reassemble while confirming correct free play and engagement. Only standard RC tools are required; after fitting, check shoe alignment and bell runout to avoid uneven engagement.

Tuning impact: a super hard spring raises preload and shifts engagement to a higher RPM compared with softer springs, which tightens launches and reduces slip under load. After fitting a stiffer spring, reassess shoe thickness and bell condition to keep engagement consistent lap after lap.
