The Arrowmax AM-MRX5-H2201E is an upgrade pulley built for the Mugen MRX5 chassis, CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium and treated with a hard coating to enhance surface durability while minimising mass. Its 28-tooth profile is intended to match MRX5 belt routing and the precise machining supports concentric rotation for smoother belt behaviour under load.

Pulley side cutouts are designed to help shed debris that builds from belt friction, cutting down on deposits that can harm belt alignment. As a light alloy hop-up, this part focuses on consistent belt engagement and improved lifespan relative to conventional stamped pulleys.

Fitting advice: ensure the pulley seats flush on the drive shaft and set belt tension according to MRX5 specifications to avoid accelerated wear. Periodic removal of trapped grit from the bore and side ports will maintain reliable tracking.
