Front Unit Description

This RC front shock body is provided as a replacement or spare for front damper assemblies on off-road models. It forms the enclosure for internal shock parts and sets the oil capacity and travel for the front suspension.

Service and installation follow common damper routines: drain the oil, remove the shaft and internal parts, extract the old body, and fit the YS-4S-8 body before reassembling. Pay attention to seal fit and shaft alignment on reassembly to prevent leaks or binding issues.

When tuning, the body controls internal volume and stroke limit, so a swap will change damping feel and response. Combine it with appropriate pistons, springs, and oil grades to dial in front-end behavior on different track textures.
