Offset rod end overview

This offset rod end is an RC-scale linkage part suited to the Outlaw Rampage PRO 2.0 truck series. It serves as a replacement or upgrade to the terminal on a linkage rod, enabling small geometry shifts while maintaining a compact joint.

Compatibility: compatible with the Outlaw Rampage PRO 2.0 truck series; check your existing turnbuckle thread and overall rod end length to ensure proper fit before installation.

Installation notes: remove the existing rod end from the linkage, attach the offset rod end onto the turnbuckle or rod, confirm the offset orientation relative to surrounding components, and secure it with the original hardware. Adjust in small increments and test steering return and suspension travel after each change.

Tuning role: using an offset rod end changes the linkage end-point without large turnbuckle length changes, giving fine control over toe, steering throw, and neutral position. It is useful for incremental steering adjustments and correcting minor geometry deviations found in the setup process.

Maintenance: inspect for looseness, clean away dirt from the joint area, and replace worn rod ends to prevent steering play and inconsistent suspension action.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Kyosho items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is specified for the Outlaw Rampage PRO 2.0; for other models compare thread pitch and length to confirm compatibility before attempting to fit.
Moving the linkage end-point subtly changes toe and steering throw, which can alter steering sensitivity and center return; tweak in small steps to evaluate changes.
Check the joint at regular servicing intervals and replace immediately if you detect play, binding, or visible wear to keep handling predictable.
