The O.S. Engine OSMG2713 - #7 Medium Hot Glow Plug is built to refine the low-speed characteristics of 2-stroke engines. Running slightly hotter than the O.S. #8, it gives improved response and cleaner throttle transitions at low RPM. The plug was developed to aid helicopter pilots by stabilising hover and slow flight RPM used in demanding 3D and F3C flying. It is also suitable for many 2-stroke airplane and car engines, but not for units with turbo heads.
