A 1:72 scale tracked plastic model kit recreating the Germany Sd.Kfz.186 JagdTiger (Porsche production) with a Zimmerit coating texture, designed as a small footprint armoured kit for display models and diorama projects.
The Jagdtiger was devised in 1943 as a heavy tank destroyer built to engage enemy armour at range. After mock-ups in late 1943, two prototypes were completed by February 1944: a Porsche-sprung version using eight road wheels and a Henschel type with nine road wheels. Limited production began in mid-1944 due to competing demands; the vehicle received the Sd.Kfz.186 designation and served in late-war operations as a heavy tank hunter.
This kit replicates the Porsche-built Jagdtiger with an applied Zimmerit pattern. The assembly scope is primarily external armour and running gear; the parts list does not indicate internal or engine detail. Included dimensions and part totals are supplied so builders can judge build time and display requirements.
A compact and accurate small-scale Jagdtiger kit showing Porsche-type suspension and Zimmerit finish; well suited to collectors and diorama builders who prefer smaller armoured subjects.
