Here is a 25T servo arm machined from 7075 aluminium, specified for RC-style LOSI PROMOTO-MX motorcycle kits. It is designed to replace the factory plastic horn at the servo output and reduce flex when the brakes or steering are under load, while keeping fitment quick and familiar for hobbyists.

The arm installs on the servo output spline and acts as the direct mechanical link to brake and steering linkages. The stiffer aluminium element helps maintain correct linkage geometry during repeated braking and sudden control inputs, delivering more consistent mechanical response without modifying servos or electronics.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the original plastic horn, align the 25T spline, refit with the original retaining screw, then verify full travel. Make small adjustments to linkage length and horn angle to ensure neutral steering and correct braking travel.
