The O.S. Engine OS27915100 sealing washer is supplied as a replacement component for RC nitro carburettors. Its 60B profile provides a sealed interface between carburettor parts to limit air and fuel bypass that can impair idle and throttle response.

To fit, remove the carburettor cover or needle components as necessary, place the OS27915100 washer in correct seating, and then reassemble. Simple hand tools and a clean workspace are sufficient to avoid contaminating internal passages.
