This machined aluminum rear shock tower is supplied as a direct-fit replacement for Tamiya TA01 and TA02 1/10 touring car chassis. Built from alloy, it provides a durable mount for the rear shocks and supports regular maintenance and setup work without changing the chassis layout.
Fitting uses the existing rear bulkhead and the original shock mounting points on TA01/TA02 designs, so factory hole patterns and stock hardware remain usable. Confirm screw lengths and eyelet spacing during installation and reuse original fasteners when they give adequate engagement.
The stiffer aluminum construction limits flex at the shock top compared with standard plastic components, improving longevity and making repetitive adjustments more predictable. The light blue surface treatment is purely cosmetic and does not affect the mount geometry.
