Red anodized 8-9mm double rollers for 1/32 Mini 4WD

These double aluminum rollers are a compact option for hobbyists working on 1/32 Mini 4WD cars. The paired 8-9mm rollers feature red anodizing to improve surface hardness versus untreated metal while keeping overall rotating mass low for performance setups.

Fit depends on your chassis roller shaft and mounting clearances. Measure axle bore, spacer stacks and any local chassis mods before installation. They are compatible with typical roller shafts and two-piece mounting systems used on Super-II, MA, MS, AR and other performance chassis; check fit on unusual or scale-oriented bodies.

Installation guidance for experienced tuners: verify shaft alignment and lateral play, use light lubrication if bearings are absent, and avoid over-tightening fasteners that may deform the roller or mount. Check the anodize after fitting and replace any roller with visible damage. These are intended as replacement or custom setup components rather than generic kit upgrades.

Maintenance advice: regular cleaning and inspection will reveal burrs, looseness or anodize wear. If using bearings or bushings, match their tolerances to your setup and refresh them when performance drops.

Rollers are produced to suit common small-diameter mini shafts; check the bore against your shaft with calipers and allow for spacer thickness when calculating fit.
They are designed for performance-oriented chassis but track suitability depends on your bearing choice, mounting stiffness and chassis clearance. Use matched bearings and correct mounting to optimise high-speed behaviour.
Basic hand tools, a set of small spanners or hex drivers, and calipers for measurement are usually sufficient. Avoid hammering rollers onto shafts; use gentle press fit techniques if needed.
Look for increased lateral play, visible anodize flaking, or wobble during rotation. Replace rollers showing deformation or excessive runout to protect shafts and mounts.
The red is from anodizing and is mainly cosmetic, but anodize also adds a harder surface and some corrosion resistance compared with raw aluminum.
