Replacement O-ring for cam gear cover

The YS Engine YSF1233 O-ring is supplied as a like-for-like spare for sealing the cam gear cover on YS model RC engines. It provides the sealing interface between the cam gear cover and the engine housing to help retain lubricant and limit entry of contaminants into the gear cavity.

To fit the O-ring: remove the cam gear cover, clear any debris from the groove and mating surface, seat the ring flat in its groove, then reassemble the cover to the recommended torque. Check for leaks during the first operation and as part of normal servicing.

As a maintenance item rather than an upgrade, this seal helps preserve lubrication and protect the cam gear assembly during routine engine use.
