Installation and Setup Notes

This Hirobo HI0402313 Tail Pitch Lever Set is an aftermarket replacement for S-30 tail assemblies that restores the linkage between the tail servo and rotor pitch control. It replaces worn or damaged levers to maintain accurate transmission of servo movement.

To fit the lever, remove the tail boom access panel, detach the old lever from the pitch link and tail rotor pushrod, and install the new lever on the same attachment points ensuring correct orientation and free motion. After installation, re-check servo travel limits and centering to ensure neutral pitch is achieved.

Although the lever itself is not a tuning part, installing a correctly fitting replacement preserves the original geometry so tuning changes behave as intended. Keep attachment fasteners secure and periodically monitor for any play that could affect tail responsiveness.
