Service Shaft for S-2205 Motors

This replacement shaft fits S-2205 series outrunner motors offered under the Scorpion brand. It addresses bent or worn shafts that produce runout or poor pinion engagement, helping to reestablish straightness and basic internal alignment of the motor assembly.

Intended role: install this 3mm shaft during routine brushless motor servicing or following bearing and pinion work. A correctly installed new shaft can cut vibration and improve consistency when tuning, though correct bearing installation and gear mesh remain decisive.

Installation notes: disassemble the motor can and lift the rotor off carefully, keep all shims and orientation marks in order, slide out the old shaft, fit the new one and reassemble in the same sequence. Check the bearings and pinion for wear while the motor is open and set endplay correctly before re-pressurising the can.
