Replacement O rings for YOKOMO R12

The Yokomo YOKR12-18O kit includes six shock O rings meant for maintenance of YOKOMO R12 dampers and other matching shock assemblies. The components are aimed at preserving seal integrity and reducing oil leakage during hobby use.

Service is straightforward: open the damper, slide out the piston rod, remove the old seal and fit the new O ring at the correct seat, then reassemble with appropriate shock oil. Always keep parts and hands clean to prevent grit from abrading the new ring.

Seals do not change the internal valving, but sound sealing prevents oil loss and air ingress that would otherwise affect damping consistency. Replacing worn rings promptly helps protect damper internals and prolongs service intervals.
