This 12pcs front axle replacement is built for Traxxas Slash 4x4 users who want a tougher front end without losing adjustability. Hardened steel mating parts are combined with 6061 T6 aluminium components to give durability where it matters and keep unsprung mass under control.

Manufacturing highlights: the kit's CVD shafts use hardened 45# steel contact pieces alongside aluminium 6061 T6 elements, while knuckle arms are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium for increased wear resistance. The centre axle is strengthened to a 6mm section to better withstand hard landings, and spring steel hexes stabilise the wheel interface under load. Bearings included are intended to ensure smooth rotation at the wheel end.

Fitment pointers: the knuckle arm features several mounting holes to allow tie rod angle adjustments and fine-tuning of ackermann. Check spline engagement and bearing seating during installation and recheck wheel alignment after initial runs. The thicker axle and hardened steel surfaces reduce deformation risk and help maintain consistent steering during jumps and rough ground.
