This front knuckle arm is intended for use on TAMIYA Thunder Shot, Thunder Dragon, Fire Dragon and Terra Scorcher 1/10 buggies. Crafted from aluminum with a black finish, it replaces the standard plastic knuckle for a firmer front-end mounting point.
As the steering pivot and wheel hub attachment, an alloy knuckle transmits loads more directly and reduces component flex, helping the suspension retain its intended geometry during hard cornering and jumps.
Assembly notes: verify compatibility with your wheel hex, bearing sizes and kingpin configuration before final assembly. Reuse original hardware if undamaged and tighten fasteners to correct torque to avoid thread stripping while eliminating play.
Tuning notes: this knuckle is useful when seeking sharper steering response or when running more aggressive tyres and higher drivetrain loads; it supports repeatable setup changes on TAMIYA 1/10 platforms.
