13T aluminium motor gear for scale Tamiya trucks

This 13T aluminium motor gear is supplied as a single-piece upgrade for Tamiya 1/14 scale tractor trucks and the TRU013T is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium for application in RC motor and gearbox systems only.

Design features: compatible with both single-shaft and double-shaft rear gearbox setups, the alloy pinion replaces the factory plastic part to provide a tougher contact surface and extra protection to the drivetrain. CNC machining ensures accurate tooth form and repeatable mesh under load.

Fitment and tuning notes: installs in the motor housing area and accepts standard 13T pinion meshes used by the listed Tamiya models; confirm shaft type prior to installation. Installing the alloy gear can reduce wear on plastic mates and help keep gearbox behaviour consistent when towing or carrying heavier scale loads.

Included hardware and contents: 3x14 stainless steel button head screws - 8 pcs, 3x20 stainless steel button head screws - 4 pcs, and the alloy motor gear with mounting screw as supplied in the single-piece set.
