The Tamiya 14062 kit recreates the Bimota Tesi 1D 906SR in 1/12 scale, capturing the bike's unusual front end layout from 1990. Movable hub steering is modelled using die-cast hubs and metal link rods that connect into the handlebar assembly for realistic articulation.

The space frame's U-shaped plate and routed tubing are clearly represented, and the Ducati DOHC L-Twin engine is modelled with accurate external detail. Metal coil springs simulate the suspension, and the package includes removable side cowls and a seat sponge sheet to aid finishing.
