The Tamiya 14071 kit recreates the Repsol Honda NSR500 from the 1998 World Grand Prix scene in 1/12 scale. Components are engineered for precise fit and to capture the racing bike's mechanical character.

The kit highlights a faithful 2-stroke, 4-cylinder engine with the crankcase and airbox produced as one moulded unit to ensure accurate assembly. The assembled engine is fixed to the frame with small screws for stability and authenticity.

Interchangeable cowls let you show the bike either as a complete racer or with the bodywork removed to expose the internals. Waterslide decals and illustrated instructions help you replicate the original Repsol racing finish.
