This 1/12 scale plastic model kit recreates the 2003 Telefonica Honda RC211V and is offered as a detailed assembly intended for display by model enthusiasts.
The RC211V was Honda's five-cylinder, four-stroke race machine that became a prominent design during the early 2000s Grand Prix motorcycle racing seasons. The model underwent aerodynamic and chassis updates from 2002 to 2003, with teams fitting revised upper cowlings, different intake arrangements, and updated clutch and suspension items. The Telefonica team ran a distinctive cobalt blue livery that year.
The kit reproduces the 2003 Telefonica Honda RC211V look, including the cobalt blue cowling and the fluorescent yellow checkered sponsor details. Decals allow for three rider options from the season. The model contains a detailed V5 engine representation and parts that align to the original engine and suspension layout. Upper and seat cowlings and duct covers use small precision screws so they can be removed after assembly for display or inspection. Frame and swing arm items are modelled with metal-plated parts to emulate the original finishes.
A high-detail 1/12 scale model of the 2003 Telefonica Honda RC211V, aimed at builders who prioritise accurate external form and metal-finish representation for display.
