This 1/12 scale assembly model replicates the Repsol RC211V '06 race bike and is supplied as a detailed kit stressing accurate external styling and engine appearance.
The Honda RC211V debuted in the early 2000s as a compact 990cc V5 four-stroke racer built to match the displacement rules of that time. It was campaigned by the Repsol Honda team through 2006, pairing a unique V5 engine layout with a chassis tuned for high-speed circuit work. Later rule adjustments prompted new platform developments across manufacturers.
The kit reproduces defining 2006 RC211V features: the sculpted cowling lines, three-exit exhaust layout, and the airbox ahead of the tank. New mouldings cover the clutch cover and fuel tank, and decals are supplied for Daniel Pedrosa's No.26 and Nicky Hayden's No.69. Several panels fasten with small screws to permit optional display of internal details.
The engine's 990cc V5 configuration is modelled and plated parts are included for the frame and swing arm to boost visual fidelity. Cartograf waterslide decals are provided for precise livery, and solid rubber racing slick tyres complete the authentic look.
A detailed 1/12 assembly model that accurately reflects the 2006 Repsol Honda RC211V exterior and engine, ideal for display-minded modellers and collectors.
