Handbuilt Replica of the 1/12 Repsol Honda RC213V from Tamiya

The Tamiya 1/12 Repsol Honda RC213V model captures Marc Marquez's 2014 MotoGP race bike, replicating the key aerodynamic and component updates that characterised the RC213V that season.

Fine Scale Construction Details

Completed dimensions are 173mm long by 58mm wide, giving an accurate miniature profile. The cowl pieces can be detached after build to expose the V4 engine and related assemblies. The clear windscreen and tank grips are fitted to match the prototype without forcing glue, while fine screws secure vital parts such as the engine and front fork assembly.

What Comes in the Box

Included are decals for sponsor and tyre markings plus a display racing stand for presentation. For modellers seeking extra fidelity a separate front fork component set is sold separately to upgrade the front end.

Does the kit include a display stand?

Yes, a racing display stand is provided so you can present the finished model securely.

Can I paint the model before or after assembly?

Painting can be done either before final assembly for ease of masking, or after, depending on your preferred modelling workflow and access to small areas.

Is an upgraded front fork really worth it?

The separate front fork set adds finer detail and a more accurate front-end look, so it is a good option if you want a show-quality finish.
