The Honda Gorilla began as a compact variant of the Monkey bike in 1978, featuring a 49cc air-cooled engine and a manual 4-speed gearbox. After production paused in 1992 the design was refreshed in 1998 with chrome enhancements that sharpened its classic looks.
The Tamiya 1/6 model replicates the 1998 Gorilla with careful moulding and plated parts. Its overall size is 226mm long, 104mm wide and 183mm high, and the kit includes a larger headlamp assembly, chrome-finish elements and a detailed engine. Realistic front and rear suspensions add movement during build and display.
This model is designed to be displayed. Plated metal-look parts and decal variants help recreate period styling, making the finished build a strong centrepiece for a diorama or display shelf.
