The Honda CX500 Turbo was a breakthrough when it arrived in 1981 as a factory turbocharged road bike. Tamiya's 1/6 scale kit faithfully recreates the machine so modellers can capture its mechanical character on the bench or on display.

Authentic Mechanical Detailing

This model emphasises realistic representation of the CX500 Turbo's 4-cylinder engine and rear suspension layout. The outer cowling can be removed to reveal the detailed internals, making it ideal for close-up display and photography.

Moveable Components and Finishing Detail

Synthetic rubber tyres with authentic tread are included, and the Pro-Link rear suspension, front forks, swing arms and stands are all articulated. Cartograf decals are supplied for accurate graphics to finish the build.
