The kit ships unpainted and includes an overspray film to shield the surface before finishing. Remove the protective layer before applying stickers or clear coats. Keep in mind the box contains only the body; masks, paints and small detail parts must be sourced separately.

What is the recommended method to mount the body to my chassis?

Use the existing body posts on the 58354 chassis and trim mounting holes to match. If posts are aftermarket, check alignment before final trimming and use body clips to secure the shell.

Will painting add much weight to the car?
