The McLaren Senna carries the name of Ayrton Senna and made its first public appearance at the 2018 Geneva International Motor Show. The road car is distinguished by carbon fibre construction and aerodynamic engineering, with an 800PS 4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine and a strict 500-unit production limit.
Tamiya's finished 1/24 model brings the Senna's aerodynamic profile to a small scale for collectors and modellers. The assembled model measures 198mm long, 91mm across and 51mm high, and uses a carefully mixed paint tone with blue highlights applied to the brake calipers and front aero blades.
The kit benefits from Tamiya's attention to finishing, removing parting marks and fitting metal-plated exhausts and wheels for a lifelike result. The interior is modelled in a sporty black and the package includes a nameplate, display stand and clear case to present the model securely.
