Assemble the avex Dome Mugen NSX

The Tamiya 24193 - 1/24 avex Dome Mugen NSX kit enables modellers to recreate a notable 1997 JGTC racer. The race car, born from the "mugen + Dome Project" based on the Honda NSX, featured an aluminium monocoque reinforced by a roll cage and carbon fibre body panels to optimise aerodynamic efficiency. This model reproduces the characteristic front spoiler, canard winglets and the prominent rear spoiler developed through wind tunnel testing.

The donor NSX was powered by a 3,450cc V6 from Mugen delivering in excess of 450 horsepower. The static kit does not house a running engine, but it provides an accurate engine bay, interior detailing and underside chassis work for a convincing scale representation. The blue race colour and sponsor decals are replicated with included waterslide transfers.
