The Tamiya 24283 kit captures the Bozian Racing Peugeot 206WRC campaigned by Didier Auriol at the 2005 Monte Carlo Rally. The vivid red paint scheme with yellow accents and competition markings is supplied as precision Cartograf decals. The prototype ran a 2.0 litre turbo engine coupled to an electronic four wheel drive system, hallmarks of its WRC pedigree.
The model reproduces the Peugeot's compact body form, including the rear wing and broad front guards. The underbody structure, rally-spec interior fittings and the transverse motor installation are all represented to give an authentic build experience. The kit includes semi-slick tarmac tyres, metal transfers for small chrome parts, window mask material and screen mesh to replicate grille details.
