The Tamiya 24309 kit recreates the Porsche 956, a major Group C performer from the early 1980s. The actual car was powered by a 2649cc six cylinder turbo engine producing approximately 620hp, and the model includes a removable rear cowling that exposes a detailed Flat-6 Twin Turbo model engine for display.

This Canon edition re-release contains premium Cartograf decals so you can reproduce the famous 1985 Le Mans liveried example. The package features a milky white body shell, rubber tyres, and period correct stickers for an enjoyable assembly process.
