Tamiya 24324 - 1/24 Scale Subaru BRZ Model Build

The Tamiya 24324 Subaru BRZ kit recreates the compact sports car in 1/24 scale for model makers. The production BRZ, released March 2012, is recognised for its front-mounted engine, rear-wheel drive and 2.0-liter boxer motor. This kit mirrors the BRZ focus on a lightweight, rigid chassis and a low centre of gravity with a tuned suspension arrangement.

Features That Add Realism

The parts pack includes an optional rear spoiler, a detailed Flat-4 engine, suspension components and an interior with authentic touches. Steerable front wheels improve display realism and metal transfers provide realistic mirror faces and emblems. For true-to-life body colour, use Tamiya Color sprays such as TS-50 Mica Blue for the BRZ shade.

Finishing and Custom Work

Window masking stickers are provided to make painting easier, and the kit responds well to a range of Tamiya Color paints, including WR Blue Mica, Sterling Silver Metallic and Lightning Red. Use Tamiya acrylic and enamel paints for interior and chassis accents, selecting tones from X-1 Black up to XF-56 Metallic Gray.
