This might be a small Edition Re-Release associated with the McLaren Honda MP4/7 Formula One model kit. The initial kit premiered in late 1992 which is once more available for a limited time.

The full size MP4/7 included many technologies, including McLaren’s first semiautomatic transmission, that was connected to an electronically handled throttle and enabled gear modifications minus the motorist raising their foot from pedal.
