This Tamiya 1/48 model reproduces the German-used Panzer 38(t) Ausf.E/F in compact scale. Originally a Czechoslovak design adopted into German service, the 38(t) was valued for dependable performance and featured in early WWII operations including the invasions of Poland and the Soviet Union.

The tank mounted a 37mm main gun and two MG37(t) machine guns as secondary weapons. Powered by a six cylinder engine, it could reach around 42 km/h.
