Tamiya made 1/35 M10 IIC Achilles (35366) Tanks Military Series assembly kit

This will be a Tamiya model reproduction of this Uk Achilles tank destroyer. The Achilles had been an adjustment associated with the M10s which Britain received through the U.S., because of the initial 3-inch primary gun changed by the fearsome British 17 pounder. The vast majority of M10s were the M10 IIC variant, that has been in relation to the late-production M10 with distinctive enlarged turret-rear counterweight. Around 1,000 were produced between Spring 1944 as well as the end of WWII, the Allied forces making good use of it after the Normandy landings, benefiting from the effectiveness of the gun which allowed it to tear through Tiger I front armor.

• 1/35 scale plastic model construction kit.
• Features newly-molded parts depicting top of the hull with its sloped armor, late production M10 turret counterweight, and long 17pdr weapon.
• Interior features depictions of shell racks and multi-part 17pdr gun breech.
• Comes with 3 complete human body numbers – gunner and loader seated into the fighting compartment, and commander seated regarding the turret edge – plus a driver torso figure.
• Lower hull, suspension system, wheel and track parts are carried over through the acclaimed Tamiya 1/35 type of the M10 that served because the Achilles’ base.
• New sprocket wheel components depict belated M10 elements.
• Marking options depict 93rd Anti-Tank Regiment (Italy, 1944) and 75th Anti-Tank Regiment (NW European countries) automobiles.
