Updated suspension for sharper handling

This chassis brings revised front and rear suspension geometry to the table. Up front, adjustable plastic upper A-arms let you tune camber from +1 to -3 degrees while caster is selectable in set increments to alter turn-in and stability.

Rear suspension abandons T-bars and conventional links in favour of ball connectors to create a centralised roll system. That approach allows roll speed changes via friction grease and roll dampers, with the FRP suspension plate and TRF damper smoothing out transitions.

Weight distribution engineered for grip

By locating the battery pack, receiver and servo in a central area, the TRF104 improves rear traction and reduces sudden loss of grip under load, which helps maintain consistent handling through a run.

Flexible setup to suit driving preference

The motor mount offers 0.8mm step adjustments to ground clearance and two selectable wheelbases, so you can bias the chassis toward stability or responsiveness. Steering can be changed using four linkage options for a more direct feel.

The rear differential uses established TRF103 components and a lightweight carbon fibre shaft for longevity with heavier rubber. Dual rear wing mounts allow aerodynamic tweaks for faster straights or tighter corners.
