The brushless motor is constructed for consistent service life and less frequent maintenance. Its 3050KV rating yields reliable RPM per volt figures, the unit weighs 200g and accepts 6.6-7.2V input. Periodic bearing lubrication using Tamiya recommended products will help maintain peak performance.

ESC customisation and system compatibility

This ESC is intended for use with the TBLM-01S series of Tamiya motors and includes five setup profiles plus options to tweak brake, neutral brake and dead band. It also includes protections against overheating, overcurrent and low voltage. Supported receiver makes include Tamiya, KO, Futaba, JR and SANWA, and the ESC supports forward, reverse and brake functions with the ability to turn off reverse.
