The Tamiya 47419-60A Monster Beetle Black Edition mixes classic Beetle styling with practical upgrades in a black finish. This 1/10 assembly kit is well suited to hobbyists who like to customise their rigs for both show and trail running.

Bodywork and Build Features

A dark grey ABS space frame supports a sleek black polystyrene body that echoes an upgraded Beetle silhouette, complete with wide fender arches and three auxiliary lamps. Plated metal parts and a revised decal palette improve the overall authenticity.

Grip, Suspension and Protection

Equipped with 130mm lug-pattern pin-spike tyres and gold-plated wheels, the Monster Beetle delivers solid traction and impact absorption. The double wishbone front and trailing arm rear setup, damped by CVA oil shocks, keeps the car composed. Rubber gaiters protect the universal shafts from dirt ingress.

Included Motor and Missing Electronics

The kit contains a 540-type brushed motor but excludes the radio gear, ESC, servo, and battery. You will need a 2-channel transmitter, compatible speed controller, a steering servo, and a 7.2-7.4 volt battery pack and charger to complete the vehicle.
