Performance-focused lightweight shell for rally style models

The Tamiya 47421 Lightweight Body Parts Set gives RC racers a thinner 1/10 scale shell to reduce mass. Made from 0.8mm polycarbonate, this lighter body helps lower the centre of gravity, improving stability and handling during fast direction changes.

Parts Included and Chassis Compatibility

Material: 0.8mm polycarbonate to shave unnecessary weight
Components: Includes separately moulded rear wing and side mirrors for easy assembly
Decals: Delivered with stickers for authentic graphics and masking stickers for accurate painting
Compatibility: Designed for 257mm wheelbase TT-01, TT-02 (excluding TT-02B) and XV-01 chassis
Note: Rear light cases are not provided; LEDs cannot be fitted without modification

Are mirrors and wing ready to attach?

The rear wing and side mirrors are supplied as separate moulded parts for painting and fitting. Fit them after finishing the body to avoid paint damage during assembly.
