The Renault 5 Turbo Rally was based upon the French manufacturer’s Renault 5 road model and debuted inside 1978 WRC, taking a number of victories into the early-mid 1980s. The Tamiya R/C vehicle has faithfully recreated the automobile as a radio control model in the capable M-05Ra chassis.
Rally prepared M05Ra Chassis
on the basis of the front side wheel drive M-05, the rally-tuned M-05Ra chassis features a lightweight, slim, durable, and easy-assembly semi-monocoque resin framework. The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension system comes with specifically designed hub carriers and uprights to improve ground clearance by 5mm. Front skid guard, side guards, and rally block tires may also be included to help you to enjoy both gravel and tarmac driving.
