Do these fit stock F103 steering blocks?

They are made to match standard F103 steering geometry and should fit stock steering blocks without modification in most cases.

How do I prevent the turnbuckles from loosening?

Use the supplied nuts and washers and check tightness after a few runs. Thread locker is not necessary but can be used sparingly if you experience loosening.
