The Tamiya 53300 Adjustable Turnbuckle Set is an upgrade tailored to the TL01 chassis. It provides centre-hex adjustable tie-rods so you can fine-tune steering and toe with minimal disassembly, while steel parts improve wear resistance.

Can I use these with worn plastic steering blocks?

They will fit the TL01 geometry, but if steering blocks are worn you may see increased play; renewing worn parts is recommended for best results.

Is thread locking required?

Use a light thread locker on the centre hex if you experience loosening, but avoid heavy locking compounds that prevent future adjustments.

What length are the turnbuckles?

The kit includes two 38mm turnbuckles as supplied in the original set, suitable for TL01 steering link lengths.
