Are these springs preloaded or linear?

These are linear springs provided in three rates. You can add preload or spacers on the shock shaft to alter ride height and initial stiffness.

Will they change my vehicle ride height?

Spring rate affects ride height under load. Stiffer springs may slightly increase ride height under static load, but you can adjust preload to fine tune clearance.

Any tips for testing spring setups?

Change one variable at a time, record lap times and notes, and test on a consistent section of track so you can clearly see how each spring affects handling.
