The Tamiya 54622 rigid separate suspension mounts are a straightforward upgrade that help reduce front-end flex and improve consistency. Made for the TRF419, they clamp the suspension arm more securely to aid driving precision.

Where they fit and how to use them

Produced from lightweight aluminium, these mounts balance strength and low mass for regular track use. They install at the rear arm attachment of the front suspension and let you dial in front toe-in settings to influence steering bite and mid-corner behaviour.

Tuning parts and expansion

The 1C mount comes with the TRF419 kit as standard, while Tamiya supplies extra setting spacers under Item 54617 to tweak geometry further. For rear-end adjustments see the companion parts 54618 through 54620 to complete a full suspension tune.
